Our KEY TAG service aims to get your keys back to you if they are lost. Our Key Tag system has our phone number on (not yours) and if you have lost your keys and someone has found them, we get called and will arrange for the keys to get to you (either we pick them up and deliver them to you, or we arrange for you to speak with the person who has found your keys).
RLM Locksmiths will hold a database of Key Tag numbers and customer phones numbers (location addresses will NOT be held).
Key Tag is a subscription service, but you only pay ONCE. Once you have joined we send you the Key Tag(s) requested and then you activate them to make them live.

1 KeyTag = £9.99
2 KeyTags = £18.00
3 KeyTags = £24.00
4 KeyTags = £28.00
5 KeyTags = £30.00
6+ KeyTags = £5 per KeyTag
If the Key Tag is found and RLM Locksmiths are contacted, we then get in contact with you to arrange to get the keys back to you.

Key Tag - Terms and Conditions

Terms:
- Customer means any RLM Locksmiths Customer that has been provided with a Key Tag (upon completion of work undertaken by RLM Locksmiths) or any person that has requested a Key Tag.
- RLM Locksmiths means the locksmiths services provided by RLM Partnership Limited, trading as RLM Locksmiths.
- Key Tag means a small key ring with RLM Locksmiths logo, phone numbers and a unique ID number.
- Key Tag Services means the aim to return lost keys to the rightful owner.
- Key Tag Database means the digital database used to store Customers personal information; name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Customers Data means name, email address and mobile phone number provided by the Customer at time of registration.
Conditions
- Key Tags are provided to the Customer free of charge. There is only a charge if key are lost and then reunited with the customer.
- Key Tags MUST be registered to become "live".
- Registration of Key Tags is free.
- Customers must provide their Name (first name and surname), a valid email address and a mobile phone number upon registration of their Key Tag.
- Upon registration the Customers personal data will be added to the RLM Locksmiths Key Tag Database.
- Access to the Key Tag Database and any Customer data is restricted to Directors and employees of RLM Partnership Limited only and will not be shared with any other organisations.
- The Customers Data will be used to (i) contact the customer should the Customers Key Tag be found, (ii) to send the Customer any relevant information that RLM Locksmiths feel is appropriate and is related to the services provided by RLM Locksmiths. Customers are consenting to being contacted for points 7.i and 7.ii when agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
- Customer can stop the "live" activation of their Key Tag at anytime by emailing info@rlmlocksmiths.co.uk. Upon deactivating a "live" KeyTag the Customer will no longer receive any communication from RLM Locksmiths regarding Key Tag or any promotional / marketing information from RLM Locksmiths. Customer Data will be removed from the Key Tag Database, which will mean if the Customer is still using the issued Key Tag should it be found and RLM Locksmiths contacted, RLM Locksmiths will not be able to contact the Customer.
- If the Customer loses their keys and Key Tag is attached and the keys are found and RLM Locksmiths are contacted, RLM Locksmiths will liaise with both parties to arrange for the keys to be reunited with the Customer.
- RLM Locksmiths WILL NOT give out Customer Data to anyone unless specifically instructed (in writing) by the Customer.
